Brief project description: this project comprised of the alteration to the existing layout, including demolition of existing non-load bearing walls, creating structural penetrations and an extension to the courtyard, the safe isolation and strip out of existing services, and installing new AHU. The project also included the installation of new specialist equipment, general lighting, standby lighting, emergency lighting, fire detection and control systems. New rooms were created as per design including, new decoration, flooring and ceilings throughout.
